August 2008: Robert Plotkin, P.C. Named a Go-To Law Firm for Leading Technology Companies

Robert Plotkin, P.C. has been named a Go-To Law Firm for Leading Technology Companies by American Lawyer Media (ALM), publisher of Corporate Counsel magazine and the prestigious AmLaw 100 list of the top U.S. law firms. ALM’s new publication, In-House Law Departments at the Leading Technology Companies, includes the short list of elite U.S. law firms that have been selected as Go-To Law Firms.

ALM created the list of Go-To Law Firms by asking in-house lawyers at the top 500 U.S. technology companies to identify the firms they turn to most frequently to provide them with legal services in categories such as intellectual property, corporate transactions, and litigation. ALM's research department also independently investigated potential Go-To Law Firms to verify their qualifications, using sources including court dockets, securities filings, and well-respected commercial databases. Law firms cannot pay to be on the list or nominate themselves for inclusion.
